Within my 45 years of working out I was able to play football, soccer and baseball at a high level.  I also competed in several Natural Bodybuilding competitions where I was able to win at the Ontario and Canadian Championships.  I say all this just to let you know that I have tremendous experience in helping you achieve your desired strength gains.
