Vitality Program 40+

Do you ever have one of those days where getting out of bed, putting on your shoes or playing with the grandkids was painfully difficult?  If so then this is the program for you.  Being strong as we age is very important, but just as important is the ability to move freely and easily, I refer to this as mobility.  

Traditional workouts focus on you working out your body in a split training style over the week.  For  example Monday's workout  maybe chest & biceps, and Tuesday's workout maybe legs & shoulders.  This style will continue until you've completed your whole body and in some cases you'll work a  body part more than once during the week.

 

Vitality Program 40+ dramatically differs from that style of training because we focus on your body as a whole unit during each workout.  By focusing on the whole body we can reduce stress on the joints, connective tissues and ligaments which usually occur when you're training your body over several days. 

Another great aspect about Vitality Program 40+ is that your body determines the workout for that day.  Based upon how you're feeling, we may have to  overcome any nagging aches and pain so you'll receive instant relief.  So, before a session even begins we  may have to include some deep tissue massage or incorporate some facilitated stretching so you can finish the workout remain strong and continue to make progress towards your ultimate goal.
