When consulting with potentially new clients, I hear the despair in their voices because of the thought of starting yet another round of setting goals, taking measurements, strict diets and struggling through another brutal fitness routine. Well unfortunately this is the hamster wheel that 90% of the population that wants to make changes in their overall wellness is on. The environment might change (gym/home) or the trainer is different but the programming is all the same.

My expertise lies in breaking the exhausting pattern of band-aid solutions and the all or nothing mentality that enviably leads to nowhere. Changing your mindset
"Nothing changes...if nothing changes". That's a quote I introduce to clients immediately. If your mindset about your self worth, exercise or food doesn't change, you'll continue this losing battle. This is one of the reasons I don't ask clients to set weight-loss goals, take measurements or even ask them to count calories or track macronutrients. These are triggers that will sabotage you and actually set you back, even before you start. With the aid of the THRIVE FITNESS APP I'll be able to send you mind changing quotes and also set-up 5 -10min daily practices to help you free yourself from your old-self. Only then will you transform exhausting effort into unshakeable routines.
Keeping you engaged
The THRIVE FITNESS APP is the gateway between us, it'll encourage dialogue and answer questions anyone of us may have. The app also tracks your completed workouts, that way I can help keep you accountable and motivated. High quality strength, flexibility, cardio videos and healthy meal options are delivered through the app. If we see fit to have a face to face zoom call we can arrange that also. On top of all this I've created a Group Chat room that you'll be able to have full access to. Whatever the talks are about, they'll definitely help you be beneficial on your wellness journey. I'm a trainer that loves to be engaged with my clients so I'll be having bi-weekly 40-minutue fitness classes, that you'll also have access to. The bottom-line is that I'll be there to keep you focused and engaged through the whole process towards changing for the good forever.
